THE FOURTH PLAN – TRADING MEDIATION

¶EXPLANATIONS OF THE AMBITIOUS AND OPEN PLANS

The forth plan: Trading mediation:

- The French company *SOFPPEX gives the chance to the trading brokers to be between *SOFPPEX company on one hand, and the one who wants the authorized agency and has the ability and the ambitions to achieve that on the other.  He is called an authorized commercial broker and the company will assign for him a percentage for each deal between the producing company and the authorized agent who came by the broker.  This offer is dedicated for who has wide range of relationships in and outside his country; and has the ability to do that because the commercial mediation is linked with the size of the relationships circle.  All details are mentioned in a separated commercial broker contract.  

- The trading broker has the right to have a direct commission from the person who the broker mediated for, for one time, this commission will be between the authorized commercial broker and the one who wants the authorized agency, and *SOFPPEX doesn’t interfere with it.  It is the right of the authorized commercial broker, but signing all the contracts of the authorized agency is by direct agreement between the one who wants the authorized agency and with *SOFPPEX to preserve the authorized agents’ rights and also those of the authorized commercial brokers to avoid all doubts and misunderstanding between any parts.  *SOFPPEX doesn’t give the broker the right to sign any contract for the one he mediated for, it doesn’t give him the authorization to receive any amount in exchange for anything; his authority lies only in the mediation between the two parts.  *SOFPPEX assigns certain profitable percentage to him in exchange of every deal signed between the producing company and the authorized agent who came through him, without deadlines.   *SOFPPEX will guarantee to everyone the proper functioning and offer the required advice and necessary support – if ALLAH wants -. 

- Selling of the authorized agency usually makes a lot of money and that helps the authorized commercial broker to accomplish his task successfully; it is usually sold by international specialist brokers as it may estimates *150.000 euros, one hundred and fifty thousand euros – a *nominal value.  But *SOFPPEX gives the rights of the agency of the producing company *SOFPPEX and its biological French products *Jar.NT&D to the one who wants it for free.  He assumes but the amount of the company’s value of the preparation of the authorized agency’s file, which is so little, also the payment of charges of the authorized agency to the concerned governmental administrations such as the certifications from the trading chamber and the office of supervising the trading offices, just for one time.  The company deals directly with its authorized agents in all its deals in order to support their deals and observe all the development of their work plan and to be able to offer support and advices they need. 

- It is common knowledge that French trading companies that give authorized trading agencies beneficiate from selling that agencies’ rights and each French company gains *25.000 euros, twenty – five thousand euros, to be able to gain a financial profit for itself, so it has to sell the authorized agency rights to the trading broker whom it deals with, the latter buys the rights of each authorized agency with *65.000 euros, Sixty – five thousand euros, then he shows it to the ones who want it with *150.000 euros, hundred and fifty thousand euros, he is obliged to sell it with this price because he invests some money.   After the sale, he will pay an extra tax on the sales and a commercial deals tax and also an income tax to the French authorities, it is the authorized commercial broker’s right to gain some profits in exchange for his investment by buying the rights of the authorized agencies directly from the sources, so the interested in an authorized agency by an authorized commercial broker must pay that price.

- *SOFPPEX – from here- has decided to leave its financial return’s right i.e. *25.000 euros, twenty – five thousand euros, to make it easy to the one who want the authorized agency not to pay *150.000 euros, hundred and fifty thousand euros; so he will assume only *7.980 euros, seven thousand and nine hundred and eighty euros, paying.   *SOFPPEX will be the first company in the entire world that gives the authorized trading company rights to the ones who want it  for free, so that make it easier for each authorized trading agent of it.   After that, it will give an amend of *4.000 euros, four thousand euros, to proof to everyone that *SOFPPEX is distinguished between the entire producing trading companies in the entire world that deals in a special way to support its authorized trading agents all around the world.   

- The authorized trading broker must know perfectly the trading plans prepared by the French producing company *SOFPPEX Company that grant the authorized agency of its products all around the world in order to be able to understand what marketing plans contain and then examine the ambitious programme of agents from Paris made by the company for its authorized agents so the authorized commercial broker can do his job successfully and steadily.

- The authorized commercial broker has to be able explain the programme of *SOFPPEX Company to the one who wants the authorized agency through the authorized broker and be able to market its products – the French biological super – quality *Jar.NT&D products – all around the world, then the one interested in the authorized agency can choose the plan that suits his abilities and ambitions in the first stage.   After that he can do the plan of super with a great support from *SOFPPEX on the way to make him an exclusive authorized agent – If ALLAH wants.

- For a trading broker authorized by *SOFPPEX to be able to succeed in his mission properly and to make things easy, he must understand the matter perfectly.  The commercial authorized agency is accepted through a commercial authorized broker so he ought to clarify *SOFPPEX programme to the one interested in the authorized agency and explain all that is wanted.   After that he coordinates with *SOFPPEX to present the name and the nationality of the one who wants the authorized agency in order to keep every part’s rights.

THE TRADING MEDIATION CONTRACT:

- The French producing company *SOFPPEX is going to prepare the contract between the company and the authorized commercial broker and send it by email, first, to look at it and see the contents then send it to the authorized commercial broker printed on the official papers of the company and that comes after the sign of the first contract with the first authorized agent by the French producing company who came through the authorized broker.  The contract will be certificated by the French producing company *SOFPPEX and signed by its general manager for free and without any expenses.   Profit or commission percentage is clarified in the contract which the French producing company offers to the commercial authorized broker. After that it will be sent by mail to his mail address where ever his country is.
