SUPPLEMENTARY PRIZES AND GIFTS FROM THE ANNOUNCERS

Fifthly:

Supplementary prizes and gifts from the announcers:

- *SOFPPEX the French producing company will its authorized agents to get supplementary prizes and gifts from the announcers in order to increase the number of prizes and gifts given to them by *SOFPPEX.  The French producing company will offer all the facilities, requirements and guarantees needed for the matter.  The authorized agents must work hard to get the prizes and gifts offered by the announcing agents in his own country and allot their nature by the announcing agents before the announcement directed to the agents, the marketing team and the customers on the condition that no other products of body protection to be included in the prizes because the programme is made only to support *Jar.NT&D the French biological well – established products.

- The list of prizes and grand presents offered by the announcers must be included in the list of prizes and gifts allotted in the marketing programme of *SOFPPEX with the coordination with its authorized agent which will support the marketing programme in the agent’s country.

- *SOFPPEX offers the largest basket of prizes in the entire world to its authorized agents to support the sale programme for them, but the supplementary prizes provided by the trading announcers may be increased directly by the producing company of *SOFPPEX, and that adds a positive support to the authorized agent’s programme.

- *SOFPPEX will announce the nature and size of all the presents and prizes offered by it, and also the supplementary presents and prizes offered by the trading announcers, … all the clarifications will be in the contract signed between the French producing company and each authorized agent by himself, and that’s according to the size of each marketing campaign or marketing start – off or a deal and that will be in the time, if ALLAH wants

- The French producing company *SOFPPEX alone will afford all that is required to accomplish the prizes of an announcer’s programme, such as providing all the necessary needs and it will alone afford the expenses of that programme.  Getting the prizes and presents by the announcers need a pre – prepared programme, and preparing and accomplishing the programme needs a financial budget to achieve that aim …. *SOFPPEX will afford the total of the budget in addition to the value of preparing the programme and the work plan.  It will also afford the expenses of the directions and data which the authorized agent will need.   *SOFPPEX will monitor with them all they need to support the accomplishment of the programme.
