Can we ratify a commercial deal directly with the French producing company using bank funds?

- *SOFPPEX deals only with exclusive authorized agents or authorized agents.   It system in dealing with the agents is really different from the traditional methods of funding the value of the products.    Bank funds means to provide the sum of the price of the products completely in one of the authorized banks, and the producing company is informed about the deposit, then the products are prepared and sent by the agreed on shipping way to the harbor of the agent.    When he signs on receiving the products, a notification will be sent to the bank.   After that the producing company gets the agreed on money completely.
