So what is the difference between the exclusive authorized agency and the authorized agency?

- The exclusive authorized agency means there is only one exclusive authorized agent for our company and its biologic French products *Jar.NT&D in that country, and no one else compete with him with the marketing programmes of the company, the sales and the yearly marketing campaigns which are limited for the exclusive authorized agent alone.   The authorized agent is an authorized agent in that country with other authorized agents where each authorized agent markets some of the products in his country, and the products are distributed between several agents or each authorized agent distributes all the products in a certain city.   

- The French producing company coordinates how they share their roles on the condition that there are no more than four agents in one country and that every authorized agent has a certain proportion of marketing depending on his skills and abilities.
