THE WAY OF SENDING THE AGENCY FILES

How are the files of the agency sent?

- After preparing all the files – the qualifications of the agency, they are sent by registered *( guaranteed ) mail to the post box in the agent’s country.   Since the French company has presented several ways to do that, it is possible to entrust someone with a written entrustment which is signed by the agent to come to the company’s office in Paris to get the files himself on the condition that the agent tells the French producing company in advance about the name of the written entrustment holder.   

- The written entrustment holder in the office of the company to receive the files on his responsibility and the responsibility of the agent who has given him a written entrustment on his behalf to get the files.

- The company is going to keep the *original written entrustment in the agent’s file in the office of the French producing company *SOFPPEX in Paris.
