A POSSIBILITY TO GIVE UP THE AGENCY

 Are we allowed to give up our agency?

- The exclusive authorized agency given by *SOFPPEX is classified as a first class, and the internal law of the French producing company – the only one who owns the right to give the agency – allows the giving up of the exclusive authorized agency to another new exclusive authorized agent.   The older the exclusive authorized agency is, the double is the value of its name.   

- *SOFPPEX promises everyone to facilitate all the necessary legal procedures if the exclusive authorized agent wants to give up his agency to another new agent.    The French producing company is going to negotiate with the two parties about how to do that at its time.
