Is the authorized agent committed to marketing a specified number of the products in his country?

- Once the authorized agent gets the authorized agency, he agrees on the quantity which he has to commit to, and also the number of types of the products which he intends to market in his country.    The company has clarified that in the three plans of marketing in details in the ambitious agent's programme from Paris.

- *SOFPPEX is committed to choosing for every agent the quantity and the types that suits his abilities.     It is going to offer the necessary support to each one of its authorized agents.     It does not oblige them to anything that is out of their reach. There is going to be more extensive explanation in the contract between the two parties.
