SOFPPEX DECLARATION ABOUT THE AUTHORIZED TRADING AGENCY
*SOFPPEX Declaration about the authorized trading agency:
- *SOFPPEX suggests its authorized trading agency to the ones who want it to become authorized agent of the company and of its biological products by the principle of an authorized trading agency and an authorized trading agent. Because the policy of the company gives the rights of the authorized trading agency for free, no money is gained by the company from the prices of the authorized agency. The majority of the international producing companies sell these rights firstly to specialist trading brokers, and then they resell them the ones who want it. However *SOFPPEX has a special and a distinguished way in this matter, it never sells the rights to the trading brokers, it gives them directly to who wants it, and the role of the trading broker is limited to the coordination between the producing company of *SOFPPEX and the person who wants it, exchanging some taxes agreed directly with the producing company.
- The company will put more than one authorized agent in one country if it is large, but for the middle sized or small countries it gives the authorized agency to only one single authorized agent, the exclusive authorized trading agent because *SOFPPEX relied on a special way in giving the authorized trading agency and directly by the producing company, without the need to trading brokers who interfere with international agencies but in the case when there is a deal by the agreed trading broker and without obligatory additions to the person who wants the authorized agency the trading agency rights will be given for free. The aim of endowing many authorized agents in the same country is to distribute missions and marketing between them as the number is linked with the size of the country and its purchasing power. The number of the authorized agents in the single country is from 1 to 4 agents.
- The aim is not only making the competition between the authorized agents, but also to share work between to certain number of the authorized agents to help each other. It isn’t limited just for one exclusive agent except in the small and middle sized countries. The existence of more than one authorized agent in the same country helps to apply their programmes easily, and *SOFPPEX coordinates between them to execute the programme of each authorized agent, and it helps from its side all the authorized agents in the same country to help each other by the direct supervising of *SOFPPEX administration in Paris.
Note 1 :
- The exclusive agency will be given to only one authorized agent in the small and the middle sized countries, but in large countries it is possible to give the exclusive agency immediately in case there is a ready to start comprehensive marketing campaign.

Note 2 :
- When *SOFPPEX Company signs the first contract of an authorized agency in a country, it will give a legalized document mentioning a promise not to sign any other contract to another authorized agent in the same country, with a previous agreed period of time. This is a chance to the authorized agent to prove himself to become an exclusive authorized agent because the company beneficiates from the exclusive authorized agent with the condition of covering all his country’s markets with *Jar.NT&D – the producing company biological products.
– The company explained why it gives the authorized agency to more than one authorized agent; it does that when he doesn’t respect the contract and the conditions of spreading the products in all his country’s markets, and we know that the company doesn’t know about the authorized agent abilities to accomplish his marketing programme perfectly, and to make the authorized agent act free with no bonds.
