What is the guarantee that makes us the exclusive agents in our country without any other agent but us in the same country?

- *SOFPPEX respects its promises to its agents.   Once the agreement is done to give the exclusive agency to an exclusive agent in some country, *SOFPPEX is going to give a written promise certified by the French, producing company and signed by its general manager that *SOFPPEX is going to commit to not agree with any other agent in the same country, and not to converse or discuss after that with any person who wants the agency, whether it is exclusive or authorized, in that country.   

- The *( exclusive ) authorized agency means giving the agency to only one person in a country and the promise is going to be enclosed with the files – qualifications of the exclusive agency.
