How is the exclusive authorized agent going to control all the marketing windows in his country?

- As soon as the agent gets the exclusive authorized agency, an agreement is done between the French producing company and the exclusive authorized agent about the rules of managing the annual marketing campaign in his country.    An office must be hired to manage the marketing in his country.    The job of that office is to coordinate between the exclusive authorized agent from one side and several other sides participating in the annual marketing campaign.   

- It is possible that the exclusive authorized agent himself takes the marketing management if *SOFPPEX agreed on that.    This is discussed on its time when negotiating the signed contracts between the two parties.
